Still having problems w/1622\'s

I just got new 1622's from digi because my other ones would not work good with word clock.. Digital noise comes up on certain tracks which is very weird. Why don't all the tracks have digital noise? Anyway, they sent me two new one and guess what, I'm having problems with only one now. For some reason digital noise comes up on tracks 1,2,3,4.
What's up with that. The other one works perfect. Has anyone else have problem with the 1622's? I've went and bought some better word clock cables(RG 59 B/U with like 70ohms & RG 59 w/90 ohms).
Does anyone have any idea's?
