Eleven MK II (mono) is not listed as a multichannel plug-in – it’s listed as a multi-mono plug-in.

For stereo, you can send the mono output > new track > Stereo Aux input to add any extra FX

To Print the Audio, send the Stereo Aux Output to a Stereo Audio Track

Thanks Darryl. In the meantime, I looked up if there is a different license for Intro vs Intro +, but doesn't sound like that's the case. Here is what came up via google/gemini:

No, "Pro Tools Intro Plus" is not a separate license from "Pro Tools Intro"; it typically refers to a version of Pro Tools Intro that may come with additional features or plugins bundled with a specific hardware purchase, but it still operates under the same "Pro Tools Intro" license, meaning you don't need a separate license to access the "Plus" features.
Key points to remember:
No separate license:
When you get "Pro Tools Intro Plus," you are essentially getting the standard Pro Tools Intro software with added functionality included in the package deal.
Hardware bundles:
"Plus" versions often appear when buying a specific audio interface or hardware bundle that includes a Pro Tools Intro license with extra features.
Upgrade path:
If you want more advanced features beyond the "Plus" additions, you would need to upgrade to a higher tier of Pro Tools like "Artist" or "Studio" by purchasing a separate license.

Either way, still no MKII in my inserts, but let me know if you think of anything when you see my screenshots.
Appreciate your help as always.

Did you check under:
Inserts > multi-mono plug-in?

It's not listed under:
Inserts > multichannel plug-in

Hey unkje. Yes, I checked under multi channel stereo and multi channel mono. Just Eleven Lite showing up still.

Darryl, I pulled that .txt file with the last log ... however, it is 28,000 words on 188 pages on a word doc. Do you want me to paste all of that in here?

I just looked through the log file. Looks like there is an issue with the architecture? Rather than pasting the entire file (unless you want it), here are all the references I found in the log to Eleven MKII:

I don't know what any of that means, but ...

It likely means what it says, the required x86-64 (Intel) or arm64 (Apple Silicon) executable are missing from the plugin bundle, depending on what you are trying to run exactly....that one is likely missing. Are you running Pro Tools under Rosetta or natively?

In PT Prefs2 run a "Scan Plugins". Even better save that to an spreadsheet and copy and paste that line here (coz cut and past is borked in that PT Prefs2 report).

I would hope you see exactly...

Code:
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Eleven MKII.aaxplugin	Eleven MKII	22.12.0d7	AAX	Universal	avid	12/8/22
What exactly do you see? And where did the installer come from that you used to install this Eleven MKII plugin and when did you download it?

If the reported stats from PT Prefs2 for that plugin are different *and* you downloaded the current installer specifically for the Focusrite bundle then share the installer that includes Eleven Mk II somewhere online and send me a PM link to it.

If you installed something else from an old Pro Tools installer you can just admit that now... and we'll get the painful part over quickly.

Not going to be relevant here, he's seeing Eleven Lite, Eleven MK II should be listed right next to it.

Hi & thanks Darryl – I should have pegged that!

If re-installing still doesn’t fix TDub's corrupted install, here’s a (SUPERAntiSApyware-safe) earlier version on my Google Drive:

Eleven_MK_II_12.3_Mac_c38373c6-4c08-4e18-b595-7f0d69a8f4eb
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NGH...ew?usp=sharing

Hit the “Download anyway” button – you can ignore the pop-up that reads:
“Google Drive can't scan this file for viruses.
This file is executable and may harm your computer”

Hi Darryl.
I'm running my macbook native, not under Rosetta.
I downloaded it from my Avid account, Products, and under the Pro Tools Intro Plus, it lists all the software that came with it. One of the download links is:

Eleven MK II 2022.2 Mac (DMG) 20.81 MB

As far as when I downloaded it, I did it on the weekend when I was downloading all the other software that came with Intro +. I even tried downloading it again a couple of hours ago, thinking maybe I'd done it wrong.
I've also gone into my iLok account and made sure to right click and Activate it from there. In my iLok account, it even shows the deposit date was Feb 15 2025.
Now in the plugin scan I did and saved to excel, per your suggestion, I think that is showing the issue: all other plugins in the list show the architecture type as Universal ... except the MKII plugin (and one other one, Kontact). It shows x64. See here:
Filename Plugin Version Type Architecture Manufacturer Modification Date
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/DynamicsIII.aaxplugin DynamicsIII 24.10.2d205 AAX Universal avid 2024-12-04
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Eleven Lite.aaxplugin Eleven Lite 24.10.2d205 AAX Universal avid 2024-12-04
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Eleven MKII.aaxplugin Eleven MKII 22.2.0d7 AAX x64 avid 2022-02-17

(I included the two plugins listed just above it on the excel sheet so you could see the difference).

So I guess that is the issue ... I don't know what that means, Universal vs x64 architecture, but it seems to be the "un"common denominator. Not sure how to fix said issue though, or why it would be different than the others.
