I just bought a used ICON D-Command 8 Main Board and have been going through the Utilities self tests to verify overall condition. Upon accessing the switch test mode I have found several buttons that either function but do not light up when pushed or do not function at all.
When doing the LED test, all red, green and yellow buttons light up(not the blue ones). The board was very dusty and I am thinking this may have caused the problem. Can the button switches be cleaned (i.e. contact cleaner), or will they need to be replaced? Any suggestions are appreciated. Best, Dan |

I realize this is ancient, but has anyone resolved this issue before.
I have a few buttons that are failing the switch test. |
