Default binary update issues

i have a mbox2 and recently upgaded to a macpro with universal bianary, and i'm having trouble reinstalling my old plugins. do i need to install anything? are these plug ins obsolete?

Yes, you will need new universal binary versions of those plug-ins to use them on your new computer. Check the websites of the plug-in manufacturer for upgrade/update info.
