Sorry, can you be more specific please? Do you have bass tracks that aren't playing? Problems recording an electric Bass? A lack of bass in your recordings overall? MIDI instruments that aren't functioning? It's hard to tell what your problem is based on your post.

what i mean by bass is like one example;i have a triton keyboard and all of the lower keys where the bass sounds are, whether it be drum kiks, organs, pianos, synth sounds and some snares are not playing.this happens with anything i plug into the digi002 mixer in standalone or protools sessions.

So it's just keys below a certain range on your keyboard that aren't playing? That's a problem with your keyboard, there's nothing on the 002 that would somehow create a hard cut-off of notes below a certain range.

Check to make sure you've connected your audio cables to the correct outputs on the keyboard and that the internal sounds on the keyboard are set to send to those outputs (if it has multiple outs).

You should be able to confirm whether or not your keyboard is functioning properly by monitoring via the headphone jack on the keyboard - usually the headphone output mirrors the signal on the main outputs.
