Default Protools License says expired but already paid the month?

Hi there,

When I booted up my Protools it displayed an error saying that my License has been expired. When logging into my account the subscription (month-to-month) it says its good until December 15th.

Not really sure what the issue is.. It's really frustrating.

My case number is : 03089646
