Default 888 Standalone mode

Can an original 16 bit 888 not be used in Standalone mode as a D/A converter?? Can't seem to make it work. Thanks.

No, it can`t.

888/24, 192 I/O can`t do it ....

No current Digidesign TDM Audio-Interface is working standalone....
