Dual Monitors for latest ARA Melodyne

The latest Melodyne Studio appears to be glued below the Pro Tools tracks.
Is it possible to have the Melodyne window in a second monitor - this was possible in Melodyne Studio before the ARA implementation.

I've just heard from Melodyne that the ARA Melodyne Studio window is stuck to below the Pro Tools interface - so that answers my question

It does seem limiting. I guess you can move it if using the plugin?

Yeah, it's how we've worked for years. I guess there's an argument that as a user you could get confused as to whether you're using the plug-in version or the ARA version when it's on a separate screen, and that's why it's stuck down the bottom. Maybe.

Melodyne really needs to be undockable just like the MIDI editor is. I have the same frustration as the original poster here. I hate having to give up valuable edit Window space for Melodyne. What doesn’t make sense to me is that one of the features with ARA is that Melodyne Edits follow your Edit Window Selection. That isn’t very handy when you can only see one or two tracks in the edit window because Melodyne is taking up all that space.

Even when closed, those docked permanent tabs at the bottom of the Edit Window drive me insane.
ARA, Clips, MIDI.

Zero thought went into that design, probably carried out by people who have no clue whatsoever as to how their own users like to configure Pro Tools.
