I started a clean install before downloading the new version, and of course the site is down. Any info?

Yeah it's been down all day including access to cloud collab, support, user area...real bonehead move if you ask me, this has totally screwed up a project I've been collaborating with people on.

I'll confess this is a major reason why I will never go down the Avid collab route. Not the first time it's happened either. Dropbox maybe not as elegant, but it does always work.
