Latest PT and Mac OS Catalina
I am on an iMac with Catalina OS. I downloaded the latest PT. Did anyone have any problems? Is it better to uninstall PT before installing the new one, or is it Ok to install on top of the old one?

You’re fine to just install over. If you want to keep both versions to make sure you don’t have any issues with the new, just rename the currently installed version to “Pro Tools (insert version number)”. Ex Pro Tools 2021.12
When you are certain everything is running smooth, just delete the old version.
