Firewire Express Card - BELKIN OK?
I am about to purchase a firewire card for my laptop. I'll be using it for external HD's and possibly for an 003 later on.
The Digidesign-recommended SIIG is of course discontinued, but that seems to go without saying ... still, there are several makes out there that have the TI chipset. I tried various forums but could not find out if people have experience with the BELKIN firewire express card, which has TI chipset and two F/W 400 slots. DOES ANYBODY HAVE EXPERIENCE OF USING THIS? Thanks in advance!! |
