PT 9 recognizes but does not accept MIDI input from Remote SL61
Hey All,
I've been a PT user since version 6 on both PC and Mac platforms. I recently upgraded to PT9, and have found that it will recognize my Novation Remote SL61 (original), but it will not accept any MIDI input from it. Everything looks as it should in Set-up>MIDI>Input Devices, but no matter what I try, PT fails to accept any MIDI data. I've tried reinstalling the Remote SL drivers, but to no avail. Neither MIDI nor instrument tracks will accept a MIDI signal, when record enabled. I've tried checking "MIDI Thru" in the Options menu, but that seems to have no effect. Ableton and Nuendo recognize and accept data without any problems. This controller also worked just fine in PT8. Any ideas? I did some searching around Novation's site, but I couldn't find anything that was pertinent to my problem. -Geoff |
