purchased midi backing tracks question
I just started purchasing midi tracks to thicken up my band. I'm flying the tracks into pro tools,
There are literally a ton of midi tracks, my question is what plugins should I use to trigger these tracks? Any recommendations?? Is anybody familiar with Expand? I've never tried Expand, is it something I should use for this? Or how about Ableton Live, I have Abelton Live Lite 4, never tried it, but is it something I should use? Thanks! Edson

Re: purchased midi backing tracks question
You might try Xpand...it has a ton of instruments. You can assign the output of 4 whatever midi tracks to TRIGGER each plugin of Xpand...over and over, using multiple instances of it, as it's not a huge cpu hog. It's free with $10 s&h.
