Phonic Helix 24FW

Hello

I was wondering if anyone in here has used, or is using the Phonic Helix 24FW Interface. I just want to know:

1.) Do people like it?

2.) Does it work as an input board (so all my inputs are via FireWire and not the analog outputs of the mixer, bypassing running a patch cable snake from the outputs of my mixer to the inputs on my Digi002r)?

3.) Does it works with Pro Tools LE 7?

4.) Is it worth the money?
