MIDI Beginner and Virtual Instruments

Where can I take an online course to teach me how to record and mix using MIDI and protools stock virtual instruments?
I know the basics, but want a comprehensive course to advance my skills.
(other than Udemy, where else can I take a course)?
Otherwise, any good tutorials, websites to look into?
