Default Macbook-X form problem

Hello everyone.I have installed pro tools 9 successfully 1 year ago on my Imac and everything is working fine.
Now i want to install PT 9 on my macbook and when i try to open the program X-from appears and demands a response that i don't understand.Do you know what i can do?thanks

Have you got X-Form on MB Pro or did you have trial version that is out of date?
