Default Reorder plugin list?

Is there a way to reorder the AS and RTAS plugin lists? I'd like the ones I use most to be on top and the rest be in alphanumberic sequence. Can this be done? Thanks. RC

Not that I've ever heard of. Another often requested feature has been the addition of folders for plugins. Waves folder, Digi folder, Bomb factory folder. You could then have a favorites folder where you kept the ones you use most...

Cheers,
Mark

I've never done this myself, but why don't you try renaming your Plug-ins so that the ones you like have an A or B in the beginning. Like, Compression changed to A-Compression, or D-Verb changed to B-D-Verb, or C-Limiter, and so on. Just a thought. I suspect that as long as the extension is the same that ProTools will recognize it.

That might work, but it appears to list the plugins in the order that they were installed...not by alpha-numaric.
