Plugins of Mackies Musician Collection cannot be activated

I registered for the Mackie / Protools bundle with the Musician collection plugins with a Mackie serialnumber. I successfully received the links for downloading. Protools was installing o.k. and working, ilok was used. The plugins licenses for the advertised 23 plugins nevertheless do not appear in ilok and cannot be activated in Protools, an error message appears if Protools is scanning for the plugins. The plugins show up in my Avid account for downloading but will not work.

When you say the plugins do not appear in iLok, are you referring to the "Available" tab? They might be sitting in there, waiting for you to drag them to your iLok(which never happens by itself). If they are not showing there, then the issue needs to be taken up with Mackie(maybe) or maybe the dealer that sold you the package?

What version of Pro Tools are you running? Pro Tools First?

In a nutshell, as long as you registered the Musician Collection in your Avid account, you still need to install everything either via Avid Link or by downloading the installers from your Avid acount.

I did as told and tried to install the plugins with the avid link tool. I had to install this manually. Al the plugins can be found there as included in the pro tools first, the installation is proceeding like shown in step 4.
But when starting pro tools it demands still for the activation of the plugins with either a code or the ilok account, but in the ilok account no additional license for the newly installed plugins.

What exactly is asking to be activated? The Mackie Collection? It sounds like the activation step hasn’t been completed. Go through your documentation or look through your Mackie account for instructions on how to complete the process.

The problem seems to be the 304bundle, the 304compressor and the 304equalizer demand the activation by a code or ilok, which cannot be done. The 304bubdle is presented in the avid link list for installation. The other plugins are working now, if I put the 304 plugins to the unused plugins folder.
The 304bundle is the most expensive plugin from this musicians collections. It seems that they took it from the activation list because of this. So the value of the musicians collection is decreased massively. And the eleven lite for example offers only two amp models. Very low functionality.
