AAE Error

Hello! I just downloaded and installed Pro Tools First. Everything went smooth and I activated in ILok too. However, when I tried to launch, I get this AAE Error 1300. Something relating to installer etc.

I uninstalled then installed it again, but no luck.

I tried to contact support, but I am asked to enter serial number which I did not receive this free product so I cannot submit request.

Would anyone please help me how to launch Pro Tools without this error?

Hi, Asuka. Welcome to the forum.

Are you shure it's not error 13001?
I found this thread on the forum, it suggests right-click on the application and select "Run as administrator":

A couple of general tips:
At the top of every page, next to the Avid logo, the "Help us help you" link is a good place to find advice and resources.
Also, instead of using the forums search function, try googling instead and type site:duc.avid.com together with the search word(s), and you'll get much better results. That's what I did to find the thread about 1300 error.
