I can see I have the bundle now .. BUT when I try to boot PT it says I have no license ? I can see in the Ilok manager that I have and it's linked to my system id ?

Update .. customer care have sorted it . Thanks

So is the Complete Plugin Bundle included in the: Pro Tools | Ultimate Software ExpertPlus Support?
I had the Plugin Bundle for a few years and then it disappeared from my iLok. I assumed it was only included in ultimate subscription, not update/support.
I have been paying for the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle Monthly on top.

Definitely check. Remember back in the day when development at Avid was stuck, and they came out with Pro Tools 12 and the natives were restless, so they threw in all the plug-ins to keep us happy? The deal at the time was you could keep the plugs if you stayed on your support contract. You might not need to have been paying separately.

It's included with Ultimate but not regular pro tools perpetual
