Default New Subscriptions are not appearing in Ilok

I've tried many times and the new subscriptions I've purchased don't show up in the ILok. I can't get ProTools started. Thank you for any help you can give me.

In iLok manager, once you log in, are you clicking on the "button" for "Available"? That's where new assets go and they need to be dragged onto a registered(to your account) iLok before they work. Please don't use iLok Cloud, especially if you are new to all this. Its just not that reliable.

I don't see it anywhere in iLok software. I do however, see the Avid Complete plugin bundle, HEAT, S-Gear 2 all part of the subscription I purchased...but no ProTools.

My Avid Link software shows ProTools as being "Activated" and is version 2021.7

When I click OPEN the screen shows the Protools purple screen and then says I have to activate ProTools. I click on locations and it shows a split screen with the iLok on the left and the computer on the right. the left screen has the number of the iLok i am using but it's not selectable and doesn't have any other info.

I was able to get this situation fixed by going to the support chat area
