Default FEATURE REQUEST: Delete Empty Playlists

Another feature request to add to the endless list:

DELETE EMPTY PLAYLISTS (CONTAINING NO REGIONS)

After tracking several takes off drums, i like to keep a few playlists on hand and delete the rest, but it's a pain in the butt to have to go through and manually select "Kik.02", "Kik.03", "Kik.07", "Hats.02" etc...

It would be great just to be able to delete all the regions on those tracks (using groups), and then delete playlists that didn't contain any regions.
