Is it possible to re-load the firmware on DIGI002?
Hi,
I am running the following: PT LE 6.4 cs9 win XP SP2 I have frequent problems with PT failing to communicate with the DIGI002. Sometimes even when I start the DIGI002 'standalone' with no firewire plugged in it still takes a couple of restarts before it comes up to 'standby'. I am thinking that it would be a good idea to refresh the firmware. Is it possible to do this? Thanks very much for any help.

Most likely you are experiencing a problem with a cable harness inside the unit. Please contact tech support by phone to get this taken care of.
