Misleading Sweetwater Eleven Rack Firmware KB Article

I've been out buying another Eleven Rack. Shopping around EBay and Reverb.

It's frustrating to see obfuscated firmware version info, folks selling systems without clear info if they have the Expansion Pack/Firmware 2.0.1 installed.

And then there are sellers claiming "it's easy to upgrade firmware versions" and pointing to this Sweetwater knowledge base article... https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare...rack-firmware/... uh no it's bloody hard to upgrade to 2.0.1 and you need to pay to do that.

It's worrying that this KB article may be enabling scammers to mislead naive Eleven Rack purchasers. Unclear if Sweetwater gives a ****.

I'm noticing several bad knowledge base articles at Sweetwater, another sloppy one there recently with poorly written instructions about trashing Pro Tools prefs that has caused a user here problems. And Sweetwater does not respond when pointed out by filling in support requests on Sweetwater's web site. Not sure I want to spend any more money with a company like that and I'm going to stop referring folks on DUC to them.
