Re: batch export/consolidate clips inkl fades -
Use an audio suite plug-in like Trim with nulled out adjustments and Render individual clips in the drop-down selection of the plug-in.

On a timeline, Some clips untouched, just WAVs, unedited. Some clip groups made, from edited together clips and silence. Can you select all, and export clips as WAV? What about the clip group? There are multiple whole audio files and many cut up audio file and clear space underlying the clip groups. I get some kind of warning if I try to export a clip group. It makes sense, it's not a file ready for export. Example 2: On a timeline, Some clips are untouched, Just WAVs, unedited. Some clips have a clip effect setting, either clip gain, or transposition or whatever, edited on them. The clips therefore refer to an audio file, and have PT software processing simultaneously at play. So export clip as WAV? It would have to have cumbersome choices and can't "just work".... Do you bounce the clip, including any tail or fade, and clip gain, etc? So, therefore, selecting all clips + clip groups, then with Audiosuite mode set to "clip by clip", making a whole batch of of new, decidedly complete simple audio files, you THEN have the feature that tells you "ah, now there are no hiding clip gains anywhere." Stating it again, another way, this has been the way teachers in audio schools have shown students to do it since I was in school in 2010. This is the feature.
