Need help with Older Protools TDM mix plus 5.1.3 and Logic Platinum 4.( emagic )

Hey Digi Users.
With all the extensive brain power out there, I thought this is the place to ask for some tips and advice.
I have an old Mac 9600 -350, I just dug out of the storage, with OS9. loaded with Protools Mix Plus 5.1.3, TDM, and another software program called Locig Platinum 4. I fired ti up and it sounded great,,, trouble is I forgot how to work them. I at least got a mic to track on one channel LOL and play back, but the rest, well I need ongoing guidance and tips to create my hit song LOL again. I do have Garage band on a mirror door G4, and that sounds killer and the songs sound great ( garageband is very friendly), but I'll want to mix in Protools and burn the CD with Master list. I know this is dinasaur equipment, but it's the best I have at the moment...Can you pros help me out with ideas ?

Not sure if you are asking for something specific or just a general lesson in how to use Pro Tools. If it is a general "how to use" question, go to you tube and watch some videos. They will probably be for later versions of the software but the principles will be the same.
