Help menu and NI missing
After updating to 7.3.x all the help content (but not ABOUT menu option) are greyed out within PT. Also, sometimes NI Pro-53 and Vockator are not available in the Midi Control dropdown when implemented on an instrument track. The instruments open but there is no MIDI control of the keyboard. I have to launch them in Kore in order to play them. All other NI instruments work fine within PT itself.

The help menu being greyed out is a PT issue (or an Adobe/PT issue). If you ran the document installer you will find them through the Window menu (program menu), not through the PT help dropdown.
The other issue sounds like you might have to upgrade your plugs. A lot of them have to be upgraded to work correctly with 7.3.
