OS 10.15.7 PT 2013.3 Avid Link Cloud uploads fail
I followed these guidelines but when I get down to the Cloud Client Services folder, I do not have a file named "Hub" or "TransportClient" that I can select to include in the full disk access pane.
Whats the trick? Thanks in advance. Projects can not be uploaded and downloaded with macOS “Catalina” (PT-256471) macOS “Catalina” does not grant Full Disk Access to Cloud Client Services by default. To be able to upload data from Project to Cloud (or download data if the project was opened from the Cloud), you need to make the following changes manually: Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Full Disk Access and manually add “Hub” and “TransportClient” services. • Library > Application Support > Avid > Cloud Client Services > Hub • Library > Application Support > Avid > Cloud Client Services > TransportClient |
