Export from Pro Tools to DP

Has anyone tried this?

I'm a student atm and my school's studio is loaded with DP but I do all my editing @ home with Pro Tools. At the moment looking at just exporting the OMF to do mixing in the studio, but has anyone had any experience with this workflow before? What transfers and what doesn't?
