Default ProTools 7.1.1 Not Loading Third Party Plug-ins

I have a Mac Book Pro and I recently got the intel update. I use Reaktor 5.1 as a stand-alone application, however I cannot use it in ProTools. The plug-ins will not show up in the plug-in menu. I tried re-installing my plug-ins, but that did nothing, Has anyone else had problems with Third party plug-ins not working?

Are your plugs written in Universal Binary? Otherwise they won't work on an Intel Mac.
