Default Detailed Mixing Techniques

I am new to pro tools and need some help.

I have an mbox 2 with pro tools 6.8.1 with the factory bundle. i have a 2.66 ghz 1mb ram computer running windows xp home.

I was wondering in your opinion what are some of the best resources to get information on how to truly become and expert at mixing in protools without having to take a class. i looked on digidesign.com, but none of the resources really go into detail about mixing. Are there any really good books or DVDs i can buy? The reason is becasue i am trying to get my tracks to sound as professional as possible but am having some trouble. Any advise?

I have a copy of Mix it Like a Record that I am selling. I got a lot of good info from these DVD's, and if you are mixing harder rock music they are very helpful, although not so much if you are mixing other styles. If you are interested shoot me an email. info (at) markblasco (dot) com
