Default burning a cd

please help,when burning a cd from itunes,all good until the last track,when playing the cd after the last track has finnished,there seems to be a loud click.what am i doing wrong .i need a quick solution guys,ive got 2 album demos readt to go.ive got a g4,os 9,hhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeellllllllppppppp

Itunes is OK as it stands but to be honest you are better off getting a copy of Toast. There are v6.0 on Ebay for £25 ($50us), completely legal but last seasons model. That will produce CDs for you that will play on everything.

thanks dude,but playing the tracks isnt a prob,it sounds great,but i think its the finnishing process,after the last track has played theres a loud click,i know that someone else had this prob and i cant remeber the solution,ivre tried different cdrs but to no availe,also the burn speed is stuck on 8x,even when i change the speed in the prefferences to max ,when i burn theres a 8x showing

Hey,
What speed is your burner? are you sure its more than 8x?? Or else the actual cd-rs' are only 8x. Try burning your disc at track at once (tao) and then disc at once (dao) and see if one of these fixes your problem. I had this problem using toast on my g4 using (dao) but this is the version that you need to burn at. I had to get an external burner to fix the problem. Cheers

Sometimes reducing the hardware buffer from 8...too 4 helps...The same thing happened to me on a pc...

hi mate,my streaming buffer is set to large,in the advanced setting in itunes,is this correct setting,what buffer size,8 to 4 are you talking about,where do i find it,please help im soo behind a dead line

The hardware buffer on PTLE..Reduce it before you bounce to disk...if that is how you are converting to aiff. Its under the setups menu. This should clear it up... It'll be a pain re bouncing everything but you gotta do what you gotta do.

well ive just tried burning a tack from itunes,a zz top track not one of my own and after the last track.... that bloody loud click,,,,im completly stumped,,god please help
