Default Re: D-Command with Trinnov D-Mon?

ok thanks, but then I don't understand why you would need an extra output going to your speakers if you can just bypass the Trinnov at the touch of a button?

And how would you even wire this up, do your speakers (active I assume) have two inputs?

just trying to understand, thanks again!

interesting, so you are not really using the D-Mon as a Monitor Controller, but mainly as Monitor EQ / processor? More like an ST2?
Why would you prefer the Coleman for monitor control?

Sorry for all these questions, but I am still a bit on the fence in regards to a huge investment such as the Trinnov and really want to make sure to make a well-informed decision.

The Coleman is there for backup and A/B . Also handy anytime I have to clean my faders or change a power supply on my aging D-command
