Default Kernel panics

I guess i am having the "Kernel panics" syndrome on my system. Everytime I shut down pro tools it happens.

I am on a g5 1.8ghz
1.25mb of ram
OS 10.4.6
PT version 9.6.2

hey-
i have that problem from time to time on my powerbook, the best way to get around it is to close your session then give pro tools a few minutes to finish saving everything it needs to then quit pro tools using the menu and not the keyboard short-cut, sounds funny but it works
