I went ahead and bought the “ultimate perpetual support plan” update to beat the price increase for a year, but I haven’t redeemed the Sweetwater code yet….my current plan doesn’t expire until the first of June. So, if I activate it now, it does in fact ADD ON to my existing plan, as opposed to starting over the moment I activate it?

Hi Charles, thanks for your help!

The support team just fixed the expiration date for my Pro Tools permanent license support, and I can confirm the date looks correct on both my Avid products page and on the iLok License Manager!

Definitely don’t redeem your Sweetwater code with Avid until after your current Plan ends, as the “clock starts ticking” the moment your code is redeemed
