Default Newbie M-box

Hello Gang !

I've been lurking these waters for some time reading and learning. I just purchased an M-box and so far it's been great. I installed the software with no problems and was tracking in about 10 min. I'd like thank Allen Hallada for his pc thread ! I built this computer based on his design thoughts and some of my own. I'm runnig XP w Soyo Dragon KT-333 with an Amd XP-2000 cpu. I was really worried about the purchase of the M-box. Some users have posted some ugly reviews. However my experience with it is to the contrary. Great job DIGI !!! Thanks also forum crew ! Let's track !

I also installed the extra asio and wave drivers and it makes my laptop into a bodacious jukebox. The headphones sound really good through it. So it has recreational uses as well.

Aloha. I also just got an m-box, but for some reason I can't get mine running. Whenever I launch Pro Tools, it says "Unable to recognize Digidesign hardware. Make sure device is plugged in and turned on." Me and my friend sat and troubleshot for hours with my device manager and we uninstalled and reinstalled and plugged into different USB ports and used different cords, and the freakin thing is lighting up like a Christmas tree.
Anyways, if anyone can help me out, that would be awesome.
