Dae error message. Need help asap.

I would appreciate someone's help. I am working on this song I need to be done by tomorrow. I am using a mac and OS9 and running and mbox. I tried to open protools but get this message that there is a dae error 6008 I believe is the number. Before then no problem except I tried to bounce a wav file to desktop but couldn't because it kept saying I didn't have enough disk space. I got rid of a ton of stuff and still no disk space. I think it was - 30 something. So I got rid of some files and trashed them and that is when my troubles began. I went to disk repair and still. I am also using an external hd and repaired that to. Please help. Thanks
