Cannot register pt10

Okay so I ordered pt10 Academic a few weeks ago and it arrived instore today.

Picked it up, installed, followed all instructions, went online to avid.com/activation... and it tells me my verification code is invalid?

What now?

Sorry, the code you provided is invalid.
Please check for typos and try again, paying particular attention to characters that may look similar (such an "8" and a "B").
