I don't have hermit to 24.
Only 64, 128, 256,512 well scratch that all of those have sinc at the end of them the 6 point is the only one with hermit

on win 8 go to app an look there if not there install dell updates and re install it.

what typ of mic you have if it did not need 48vt it could be gone you can't put 48v on some mic can i see it

ok i think the mic gone bad some don't need 48v have the mic check out some were maybe were you got it.

It does need phantom power I do have it enabled on the mbox

Hope not we've had this mic for about a year and a half and we did purchase it from a pawn shop.. but it was perfect with no problems... In fact we did heavy recording for that year and a half and over this summer we took a break say about May, and we are just getting it back up and out. It did record one time this past sunday, but after that session we started having problems. Also it was recorded in pro tools and Our friend brought his session over... do you think his settings in his session are what messed this thing up?

i saw it were you show 44.1 that's it .

if you close out all daws can you hear it working ,if you can't have the mic check.

reson they have geing you some good advice so go see if your pc mode have udates for USB device's/ audio/ video/ frimware /win can't update dell mb they are manul installs you get them from dell .
