korg d1600 being slave a slave to pro tools

i read the previous post about this and no one ever gave a soultion>
i have the same problem as the other posts. whether it be timecode / or beatclock
cant seem to sync them together.
DOES DIGI SUPPORT, OR SOMEBODY HAVE A SOLUTION OR WORKAROUND?
