Default Help! Upgrading to PT 9

Hi and sorry for first post newbie question, but im having some troubles with registering my purchased copy of m-powered 8 LE and wish to upgrade to protools 9 LE. Is there an email or person i can get in touch with to help me with my issue? the last product i had registered was 7.4 LE and now i cannot find my account since avid replaced digidesign name. Thanks for taking the time to help me

If you're crossgrading to Protools 9 from M-Powered, you can go directly from 7.4. I think all you need is your Ilok asset. Your best bet is to buy it from Sweetwater, where you can call and talk to a real person.

Thanks for the excellent replies, i opened a case for Avid to help resolve my issue. My serial number is being used by some ignoramus out there and hopefully his/her account will be shut down and mine can be redeemed, then i will crossgrade to PT9 and it will be glorious.
