Any decent alternatives to CARBON that are a little smaller?
Any decent alternatives to CARBON that are a little smaller?
Long story short (don’t ask) Hoping to be able to carry an interface as carry on luggage, and the 1U CARBON is a little on the deep size (13.5” deep) and that makes it tough to get into a carry on hard bag like the Pelican 1535 Air I don’t actually need all the I/O that Carbon offers (and i dont need the HDX-DSP in it) - all i need is: 6 mono (3 stereo) line level outs (+4 balanced) 6 mono (3 stereo) Line level ins (+4 balanced) 1 analog headphone jack out (stereo 1/4”) Thunderbolt 2 or Thunderbolt 3. Mac Compatible. ProTools compatible. High quality D->A and A-> D any suggestions? alternately if the interface did the following it would be even better: 2 mono (1 stereo) line level outs (+4 balanced) 2 mono (1 stereo) Line level ins (+4 balanced) 4 channels (2 pair) AES in 4 channels (2 pair) AES out 1 analog headphone jack out (stereo 1/4”) Thunderbolt 2 or Thunderbolt 3. Mac Compatible. ProTools compatible. High quality D->A and A-> D thanks. |
