Indeed. Eventide Blackhole Immersive as well as the following reverb plug-ins support up to 9.1.6 configurations:

Slapper does 9.1.6.
Not strictly a verb but does the same job, only more effectively. Verbs are quite amorphous, especially when there's 15 channels of it, and you'll get a much more clearly defined surround field using delays. Just my 2c

I found another one:
Inspired Acoustics - Inspirata It is a convolution reverb that goes up to 22.2 in the Immersive Edition but I bought the Professional Edition that goes up to 7.1.2. Both versions have over 500.000 impulse responses (= 210 GB of disk space).
