Fast Track Ultra Driver 6.1.10 Won't Install Windows 8.1

The installation program crashes every time with the following message:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Users\Greg\AppData...

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
--------------------------

I am attempting to install the driver on a Toshiba Satellite S55-A laptop with 8GB of RAM, Windows 8.1 64-bit, x64-based, Intel i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz.

Please help. Thank you.
