Spotting video with Syncpoint 5.1.1

AV option {my setup} or possibly any video in 5.1.1?
I was told today by Digi tech support that it is a known bug
Not able to use identify sync point and spot
video, sync point dissappears and video moves but does not go to correct place

Any ideas on a timetable for the fix?
