Midi Signal In - Will not record
I will post the question again:
Setup: Protools LE 6.9 rack Master Windows xp home Vairo Desktop computer Wammi Box (as interface) neutral Triton workstation Slave Phantom Keyboard Slave I see the signal on the front of the unit, and the outputs are lite up. On my workspace, the vu meter is showing signal (solid, not jumping around) I Select my input device=Wami Box I select my output device=digidesign port 2 The keyboard is receiveing midi signal and is playing and obeying commands. I record enable the track, click record button on transport, hit play, and keyboard plays. The cursor moves across the track, but nothing is being recorded. Sometimes when I exit out that session, Protools will say that I have recorded midi data, but I can't see it. I searched for the OMF file, but don't know what I am setting up. Any suggestions |
