need help setting up protools 8 le with motif rack and trition rack(so newby to this)

Hey whats happenin everybody....heres the deal...i have been using sonar rewired to reason since the start(p.c)..finally, i was blessed to cop a mac pro and motif and triton racks...thing is..after combing thru youtube...all i cud find are tutorials on hooking them to an mpc...been there...need another mpc ironically!lol....is it possible to have both my racks being controlled by protools...and reason 5 or reason record all at the same time?...if so put a dude on!!!...i jus wanna make music yall
