Update or upgrade the protools version

Hi I recently bought a third hand 24 mix plus for less than a digi001 a few years ago.
So now I want to get the maximun performance on my setup with the protools 6.4.1.
I have the bundle of protools that becomes with the 6.0, that it seems to work only with jaguar, and the 6.4.1 only works with panther.
I read on a digidesign document that it is possible to update the protools from 6.0 to 6.4.1 with the previous 6.0 installed on system or I can upgrade from a zero installation from the 6.4.1.
I´m trying to find where is the download of the update or upgrade, since it seems that 6.4.1 is totally free for 6.0 owners. But I don´t know where are that downloads. Even I can´t understand how is it possible to do an update with if the 6.0 and 6.4.1 works on different operating systems.
Could anyone lights me about these matters????

It's a full installer and does not require a previous version of Pro Tools be installed.

Pro Tools TDM 6.4.1 is a free download for all Pro Tools|24 MIX owners that already own Pro Tools TDM version 6.0, 6.1.x, 6.2.x, or 6.4.1 for their MIX system. The installer can be used to update an existing Pro Tools TDM 6 installation, or Pro Tools TDM 6.4.1 can be installed with no previous installation of Pro Tools.

So it is totally free for 6.0 protools bundle owners???? In that link that says to is possible to update from other 6.x previous installation, but how is it possible if previous versions works on 10.2 and the 6.4.1 is for 10.3 os?????
