Default 7.4 vista studio setup problems

Can someone help me with me not being able to select an input or output port in studio setup for PT 7.4 in Vista. There are none there to select. It's causing me not to be able to setup the midi ports to sync MTC for my MPC or MV8000. I'm using a Digi 002 Rack.

Thanks
