Avid Control App keyboard commands not working

Hi,

I'm using the Avid Control App to control Pro Tools on my laptop.

I'm running latest Pro Tools Ultimate and latest Eucon software.

It seems all of the "Eucon" related commands in the app work fine. However, none of the "key" related commands work. So, basically, nothing corresponding to pressing a key on the keyboard works through the Avid Control App.

I've been trying to use ENTER MAIN COUNTER on page 127, which is \e & \p* keyboard commands, but pressing this button does nothing. Also, none of the numbers or arrow keys on that page work either.

Could it be something in my system preferences? I've turned off all of the keyboard shortcuts in Keyboard preferences so they don't interfere with pro tools

I have EuControl, MC_Client, and Pro Tools added and selected in "Security & Privacy / Accessibility"

Any ideas?
